Do I require a GP/other health professional referral?

No – you do not require a referral from another health professional to access care with the clinic.

We will ask you to complete a registration form which will be sent to you via email prior to your first appointment. During the initial assessment, your Physiotherapist will ask you a number of questions to better understand your current issue. The Physiotherapist will then undertake a physical assessment to confirm a diagnosis. You may be asked to partially undress and there is likely to be physical contact with the Physiotherapist. Treatment may begin during the same appointment, depending on the issue. Towards the end of the appointment, guidance will be given relating to ongoing care recommendations, or self-management strategies.

Yes – free parking is available to all clients in front of the clinic.

It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is likely beneficial to bring a vest top or shorts, depending on the nature of your problem. If you have any relevant medical records or imaging results, it may be helpful to bring these.

Absolutely – although you will need to consent to your chaperone potentially hearing confidential information.

We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards. If you have private medical insurance, receipts can be provided for you to claim reimbursement.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Failure to do so will likely result in the full charge of the appointment.
